We don't want to brag. And actually that's not necessary. Our dishes speak for themselves. With an experienced kitchen team we deliver exceptionally high quality and culinary dishes that you will not easily find anywhere else on the beach.
CLASSICS WITH A TWIST
Craving that typical burger? Can. But we also thought it was time for something different. The emphasis is therefore on authenticity and our twist on iconic beach dishes. For example, taste our own BLOW Wagyu Bitterbal.

Scallops with pumpkin, Tartare de Tomato, crispy shoftshell crab with lobster mayonnaise, Zeeland bacon with shiitake onion relish. At BLOW you simply eat really well. Our dishes are just a little bit different. Will you be surprised?

Quality products are central to the entire company. We use Dutch products as much as possible, cook 100% electrically, have a wide range of vegetarian dishes and always take (no) waste into account.
