This is a very active role where you can put all your energy and creativity. At BLOW, we organize active and sporty events for private and corporate groups, from Survivor-style challenges to Volleyball Tournaments, Archery Tag to Power Kiting. We're looking for someone for the '24 season who can run all these activities and also manage a team Do you love a social and sporty environment where you can color outside the lines a little? More about this position
As the Coordinator of Sports & Games, you're in charge of all the events organized outside the beach club. Each year, the activities need to be renewed and updated, and this is also your responsibility. You're the beach boy or beach girl and you're in control. With your planning skills, we're confident that you'll organize every event down to the last detail. As a communication rockstar, you'll stand in front of every group, ignite their enthusiasm, and give them an unforgettable experience. This is an active role; when you're not busy "running a group," you're setting up activities, doing maintenance, setting up the various tents, preparing for a wedding, keeping the location tidy, and polishing the BBQ. You know, hand out of the sleeves!
- Our schedule changes as quickly as the Dutch weather, but no stress. You keep a cool head and your team in line, no matter which way the wind blows. If there are no activities, you'll help set up our tents.
- Team: You're both an enthusiastic team leader and player. You bring out the best in everyone and ensure that the event instructors and all participants give 100% for the perfect beach day.

- Inhouse Events: As our event manager, you'll be organizing awesome events for young and old during the summer, like Beach Markets, open air cinema, Volleyball Tournaments, and Campfire Sessions with live artists. There's never a dull moment!
