Kitesurf School Manager

- From March to October
- Full-time: 40 hours in 4 days and 3 days off, because flexibility is our trademark.
- +/- €3000 per month excluding commissions, etc

As the captain of all kitesurfing instructors, you also know how to get 'all hands on deck' and control. You are the constant factor, navigating between high times of enthusiasm and low times of challenges. With your planning skills, we are convinced that you can pull the schedules just as tight as you can draw your own lines in the air. You receive, welcome and check in students. As a communications rock star, you answer the phone and emails and are the fearless voice who knows how to answer the wildest questions with a smile. You are both an enthusiastic team leader and player. You bring out the best in everyone and ensure that the instructors and students shine on the Sand Motor!
- Flexibility: Our planning changes as quickly as (and with) the Dutch weather. You keep a cool head and your team tight.
- Hard work: Sunburn and sweat, baby! We're going for it.
- Sales: Your enthusiasm is contagious. Nobody leaves the kite shop without buying surfing gear
- Playground: Chaos is our middle name. It can sometimes be a wild mess in our beach house, but that is what makes it your favorite playground. You organize great team activities.
