1. Legal Disclaimer

By making purchases through the website blow.surf/shop, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Formation of the Agreement and Right of Withdrawal

The products on our website are an invitation to place an order. By completing the checkout process, you make a binding offer to purchase. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. The purchase agreement is only concluded when you receive a shipping confirmation from us. If an item is not available, we will inform you and refund your payment.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Exceptions:

• Sorry, but we can't accept returns on clothing that's been worn, washed, or used.

To cancel, just let us know within 14 days. If you're returning something voluntarily, you'll need to cover the return shipping costs. We'll refund your payment within 14 days of getting the items back. You can also opt for a voucher if you prefer.

If you received the wrong item or something's faulty, we'll totally cover the return shipping costs.

All deals are valid while supplies last. If we can't fulfill your order, we'll cancel it and refund your payment.

3. Delivery

We'll ship to the address you enter when you checkout.

Delivery times are listed on our website and in your order confirmation. We're aiming to deliver within 3 days.

If delivery fails because of a wrong address or because you're not there, you'll have to pay for the failed delivery attempts.

The risk is all yours once the package is handed over to the delivery service.

We're not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by *force majeure* (like strikes, extreme weather, or government actions). We'll let you know ASAP if anything like that happens.

4. Payment

All prices include Dutch VAT and are shown in euros.

Payment is due when you place your order. We accept all major credit cards, iDEAL, and other payment methods shown at checkout.

Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties and local taxes.

5. Retention of title

The products remain our property until they've been paid for in full.

6. Warranty

We offer a 6-month warranty from delivery on manufacturing defects.

This warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage from incorrect use or careless handling.

If a product is faulty, we'll repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price. If it turns out the item isn't faulty after inspection, you'll have to cover the costs for inspection and return shipping.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

We do our best to keep the information on our website up-to-date and accurate, but we can't guarantee it's complete or correct. We disclaim all liability as far as the law allows.
