We don't want to brag, and we don't really have to. Our dishes speak for themselves. With an experienced kitchen team, we deliver exceptionally high quality and culinary dishes that you won't easily find anywhere else on the beach.
CLASSICS WITH A TWIST
Fancy that typical burger? We got you. But we also thought it was time for something different. The emphasis is therefore on authenticity and our twist on iconic beach dishes. For example, taste our own BLOW Wagyu Bitterbal.

Scallops with pumpkin, Tomato Tartare, crispy softshell crab with lobster mayonnaise, Zeeland bacon with shiitake onion relish. At BLOW you just eat really well. Our dishes are just a little different. Will you let us surprise you?

We're all about quality products throughout the company. We use as many Dutch products as possible, cook 100% electrically, have a wide range of vegetarian dishes and always take (no) waste into account.
