We don't want to brag. And really, we don't have to. Our dishes speak for themselves. With an experienced kitchen team, we deliver exceptionally high quality and culinary dishes you won't easily find anywhere else on the beach.
CLASSICS WITH A TWIST
Craving that typical burger? Can. But we also thought it was time for something different. The emphasis is therefore on authenticity and our twist on iconic beach dishes. For example, try our own BLOW Wagyu Bitterball.
REALLY GOOD FOOD
Scallops with pumpkin, Tartare de Tomato, crispy shoftshell crab with lobster mayonnaise, Zeeland bacon with shiitake onion relish. At BLOW you just eat really, really well. Our dishes are just a little bit different. Will you be surprised?

Quality products are central throughout the company. We use products from Dutch soil as much as possible, cook 100% electric, have a wide range of vegetarian dishes and take (no) waste into account at all times.
