As captain of our pirate ship, you know how to get and direct "all hands on deck. You are the constant factor in the wild sea. We find coloring within the lines boring. You can go a bit outside the box, as long as you inspire. Furthermore, you are good with Excel and have experience with personnel planning for 50+ persons.

  • Flexibility: Our schedule changes as quickly as (and along with) the Dutch weather. You keep a cool head and your team tight.
  • Hard work: sunburn and sweat, baby! We go for it.
  • Growth: Both for your team and yourself. To stand still is to go backwards.
  • Playground: Chaos is our middle name, but that's exactly what makes it fun.
