As captain of our pirate ship, you know how to get 'all hands on deck' and direct them. You are the constant factor in the wild sea. Coloring inside the lines is boring to us. You can go a little outside the box, as long as you inspire. Furthermore, you are good with Excel and have experience with personnel planning from 50+ people.

  • Flexibility: Our planning changes as quickly as (and with) the Dutch weather. You keep a cool head and your team tight.
  • Hard work: Sunscreen and sweat, baby! Let's do it.
  • Growth: Both for your team and for yourself. Standing still is going backwards.
  • Playground: Chaos is our middle name, but that's what makes it fun.
