- Part-time: guaranteed 20 hours but you can always work more

Floormanager Events
As a floor manager, you are responsible for the smooth running of weddings, corporate parties, team outings and workshops on the day itself. You manage the team and ensure that everything runs according to plan, from the first preparations to the last glass of champagne. With your management qualities and experience in the catering or event organization, you know how to make every occasion a success.
You monitor the overview, distribute the tasks and are the point of contact for both the team and the client. You are the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly, from a company festival to a wedding on the beach. With your planning and communication skills, you take every event to a higher level and you can handle even the most challenging requests with a smile.
- Flexibility: Our planning changes as quickly as the Dutch weather, but no stress. You keep a cool head and your team tight, no matter which direction the day sends you. And no tight suits and scripts, just be yourself and rock it.
- Team: You're both an enthusiastic team leader and a player. You bring out the best in everyone and make sure the event instructors, bar staff, and everyone on your team are shining for the perfect beach day. Together with Marit (co-manager), you run the Events division with advice from above.

- Inhouse Events: As our floor manager Events, you organize fun events for young & old together with us. Beach Markets, Beach cinema, Volleyball Tournament and Campfire Sessions with live artists. Never a dull moment!
