- Full-time: 36 hours in 4 days with 3 days off, because flexibility is our thing

More about this position
As a manager, you're in charge of all events from the moment of acquisition and sales to the planning and execution of the event. From the first call with the client to the last glass of champagne. You'll be in control from A to Z. You're responsible for the entire process of acquisition, sales, planning, operation, and evaluation of the parties. The cool thing is that you're involved at the beginning of a project with a party that wants to organize, for example, a corporate festival or wedding on the beach, and together with this group, you completely shape it up to the execution. You'll be in control from A to Z. With your planning skills, we're convinced that you'll arrange every event down to the last detail. As a communication rockstar, you answer the phone and emails and you are the friendly voice that knows how to answer the wildest questions with a smile.
- Flexibility: Our planning changes as quickly as the Dutch weather, but no stress. You keep a cool head and your team tight, no matter which direction the day sends you. And no tight suits and scripts, just be yourself and rock it.
- Team: You're both an enthusiastic team leader and a player. You bring out the best in everyone and make sure the event instructors, bar staff, and everyone on your team are shining for the perfect beach day. Together with Marit (co-manager), you run the Events division with advice from above.

- Inhouse Events: As our event manager, you'll be organizing awesome events for young and old during the summer, like Beach Markets, open air cinema, Volleyball Tournaments, and Campfire Sessions with live artists. There's never a dull moment!
