- Full-time: 36 hours in 4 days and 3 days off, as flexibility is our trademark
- €2800 - €3000 gross per month experience

As manager, you are in charge of all events from the acquisition moment, sales to the planning and execution of the event. From the first phone call with the client to the last glass of champagne. From A to Z the reins are in your hands. You are responsible for the entire process of acquisition, sales, planning, operation and evaluation of the parties. The cool thing is that you are involved at the beginning of the process with a party that wants to organize a company festival or wedding on the beach, for example, and together with this group you design it all the way through to implementation. From A to Z you pull the strings. With your planning skills, we are convinced that you will organize every event to perfection. As a communications rock star, you will answer the phone and emails and be the friendly voice that answers the wildest questions with a smile.
- Flexibility: Our schedule changes as fast as the Dutch weather, but no stress. You keep a cool head and your team tight no matter what wind direction the day sends.and tight suits and scripts, just be yourself and have a blast.
- Team: You are both an enthusiastic team leader and player. You bring out the best in everyone and make sure the event instructors, bar staff and everyone on your team are shining for the perfect beach day. You run the Events branch together with Marit (co-manager) with advice from above.
- Growth: At BLOW, we want not only you to grow, but also your team and our BLOW family. Standing still is going backwards, and we don't do that.
- Sales: Your enthusiasm is contagious. Anyone who wants to celebrate life at BLOW will get a "banger" of proposal from you. You're gonna make them an offer they can't refuse.
- Inhouse Events: As our event manager, you will organize really fun events for young & old during the summer. Beach Markets, Beach Cinema, Volleyball Tournament and Campfire Sessions with live artists. Never a dull moment!
