Events Assistant
As an eventsassistant, you play a key role in organizing weddings, corporate parties, team outings, and sports activities on-site. You’ll help with setup and takedown, work bar shifts, and ensure that guests have a fantastic time. From preparing materials to supervising activities, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll work closely with the team and receive guidance from experienced floor managers who will quickly train you to work independently. Experience is a plus, but motivation and energy are more important. No two days are the same: one day you’ll be behind the bar, the next you’ll be setting up an event or leading an activity. Eating lunch together, having fun together, and a strong team spirit are central to our culture, resulting in wonderful days and evenings on the beach.
- Flexibility: No two days are the same. You switch effortlessly between setting up, working the bar, and supervising activities, and you stay on top of things even when the schedule changes at the last minute.
