Head Instructor, Kitesurfing School

At BLOW, we are looking for an experienced Head Instructor to lead the team, monitor quality, and get the most out of the wind, lessons, and people every day. A job where you work on the beach, are given responsibility, and are part of a close-knit and energetic team.

  • From March to October
  • 100 hours per month guaranteed - salary starting at €22 per hour
  • Approximately $2,500 per month, depending on experience and number of hours

  • High-level teaching in the best conditions

What are we looking for?

  • Experienced kitesurfing instructor with natural leadership skills
  • Flexible and relaxed under pressure (wind, weather, people)
  • Social, energetic, and strong in communication
  • Lives for sun, sea, wind, and an active lifestyle
  • Seasonal position: March through October with flexible working hours
  • Salary: starting at €22+ gross per hour, depending on experience
  • Guaranteed salary: minimum 100 hours per month, wind or no wind
  • Team: become part of and lead an energetic and close-knit team
  • Growth: you will be given room for initiative and development
