You are the face of BLOW: a sales-driven host who is visible on the floor and takes ownership of guest experience, appearance, and team. You actively manage revenue and upsells, keep the beach house running smoothly, and take the initiative to make improvements. With your hospitality experience, commercial acumen, and natural leadership skills, you know how to lead the team and maintain an overview, even at peak times.

  • The face: You are the face of BLOW: a sales-driven host, visible on the floor, point of contact for guests and team.
  • The brain: You actively strive for higher sales, contribute ideas for promotions and upsell on the shop floor.
  • The style: You ensure that everything always looks immaculate and inviting, from the beach chairs to the bar.
  • The ideas: Room for initiative regarding new suppliers and products
  • The team: Collaborating with proven professional chefs and leading wine suppliers such as Marius Wijnen and Smaragd Wijnen

Who are you?

You will be working for an ambitious and award-winning beach company in a close-knit team at a unique location. We offer a four-day-a-week position during the beach season, a competitive salary, and room for initiative and growth. We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with commercial acumen, who keeps an overview, is proactive, and leads the team by example.
