Kitesurfing School Manager
Ready for a job that feels like an endless summer vacation with a touch of chaos and a whole lot of fun? We are looking for a Manager for our Kitesurfing school for the summer of a lifetime!
- From March to October
- Full-time: 40 hours in 4 days with 3 days off, because flexibility is our thing.
- +/- €3000,- per month, not including commissions, etc.

Manager & Face of the School
As the captain of all kitesurfing instructors, you know how to get 'all hands on deck' and lead the way. You are the constant, navigating the highs of enthusiasm and the lows of challenges. With your planning skills, we are confident that you can tighten up the schedules as well as your own lines in the air. You receive, welcome, and check in students.
Communication & Schedule
As a communication rockstar, you answer the phone and emails and you are the fearless voice that knows how to answer the wildest questions with a smile. You are both an enthusiastic team leader and player. You bring out the best in everyone and make sure the instructors and students shine on the Zandmotor!
Sales & Retail
Your enthusiasm is contagious and it shows in the sales figures. No one leaves the shop without scoring a new outfit from you. Buying, sorting, deals, and coming up with new ideas for the shop are your thing. Not literally, but still 🤪
- Flexibility: Our planning changes as quickly as (and with) the Dutch weather. You keep a cool head and your team tight.
- Hard work: Sunscreen and sweat, baby! Let's do it.
- Sales: Your enthusiasm is contagious. Nobody leaves the kite shop without buying surf gear.
- Playground: Chaos is our middle name. In our beach house, it is sometimes a wild mess, but that makes it your favorite playground. You organize cool team activities.
