Kitesurfing School Manager
Ready for a job that feels like an endless summer vacation with a touch of chaos and lots of fun? We are looking for a Manager for our Kitesurf School for the summer of lifetime!
- From March to October
- Full-time: 40 hours in 4 days and 3 days off, because flexibility is our trademark.
- +/- €3000 per month excluding commissions etc.

Manager & Face of the School
As the captain of all kitesurfing instructors, you also know how to get and manage "all hands on deck. You are the constant factor, navigating between high times of enthusiasm and low times of challenges. With your plan-skills, we are confident that you can pull the rosters as tight as your own lines in the air. You welcome, welcome and check in trainees.
Communications & Roster
As a communications rock star, you will answer the phone and emails and be the fearless voice who knows how to answer the wildest questions with a smile. You are both an enthusiastic team leader and player. You bring out the best in everyone and make sure the instructors and students at the Sand Engine shine!
Sales & Sales
Your enthusiasm is contagious and it shows in the sales figures. Nobody leaves the shop without having scored a new outfit with you. Shopping, sorting, promotions and coming up with new ideas for the shop are all in your blood. Not literally, but still 🤪
- Flexibility: Our schedule changes as quickly as (and along with) the Dutch weather. You keep a cool head and your team tight.
- Hard work: sunburn and sweat, baby! We go for it.
- Sales: Your enthusiasm is contagious. No one leaves the kiteshop without having bought surf gear
- Playground: Chaos is our middle name. In our beach(t)house it is sometimes a wild mess, but that makes it your favorite playground. You organize cool team activities.
